Blue Cheese Yogurt Salad Dressing Recipe

easy homemade blue cheese yogurt salad dressing recipe

Making your own salad dressing is one of those little ways to save money, and also to ensure that you are eating quality ingredients vs. the cheap fillers, preservatives, and flavoring agents used in store bought salad dressings. You could literally just mix blue cheese and yogurt and be good to go, but adding a few extra spices takes this dressing to another level.

Aside from drizzling this over your next salad, this blue cheese dressing makes a fabulous chicken wing dipping sauce, or try this in place of mayonnaise on your next sandwich or wrap for a super flavorful twist. It can also be used as a dip for crackers, chips, or vegetables.

Take a look at the standard ingredients in the popular Wish-bone Chunky Blue Cheese salad dressing below, and you can clearly see that it is FILLED with ingredients that are really not necessary for a simple salad dressing.
